Mabuhay! Welcome to Baybayinista PH (formerly known as Baybayin Foundry). We are dedicated to producing educational & quality historical art inspired by the pre-Philippines Script — Baybayin. When we say "educational" we mean edifying. Why? Well, Filipinos have a precolonial writing system that even predates the birth of Christ and, today, we visualize Baybayin's impact everywhere.

Baybayin is our forefathers' legacy. It cannot be easily destroyed by any alteration whatsoever. Its typefaces, kudlits, and syllables live on!

Actually, my blog banner here shows how we can utilize the antique Baybayin characters with modern digital art. What I would like to highlight here is that the ancient Baybayin writing is developing. Call it morpheme-based morphology.

So how could we make Baybayin symbols relevant nowadays?

Try art. Or, try digital art and publish your design on various platforms. Make Baybayin NFTs (non-fungible tokens) on OpenSea or Rarible and sell them.
