House Bill 8785 Approved by the Congress
Together with House Bill 1022:
"An act declaring 'Baybayin' as the national writing system of the Philippines, providing for its promotion, protection, preservation, and conservation,"
the Committee on Basic Education and Culture has considered House Bill 8785:
"An act promoting Philippine indigenous or traditional writing systems and providing for their protection, preservation and conservation."
*Attached bill was approved by the Congress on its second reading.
